I am trained in a variety of modalities, and you can visit the "Services & Rates" page to learn more about the different techniques I offer. Additionally, I am a Certified Reiki Practitioner. Reiki practitioners use their hands to transfer energy, either by hovering their hands just above the body or by lightly touching it. This low- or no-touch therapy can provide significant benefits with little to no negative side effects, such as reducing pain perception.
